Of more use to the RPG. Plenty of ship deckplans to be had.

Alea Publishing Group, has made a pair of tile sets, space tile set designed for spaceship miniatures and a future paper tile set for regular miniatures. APG Paper Tiles Vol. III: Future Basic Room Set and APG Paper Tiles: Space. 
The Space tiles can work great for the RPG as well, ad some dimension and background for space combat.

Ronin Arts has done a series of Starships,  Future: Starship 1 -- The Nova Star, Future: Starship 2 -- The Foxhawk-Class , Future: Starship 3 -- The Black Mantis, Future: Starship 4 -- The Livingstone, Future: Starship 5 -- The Havamal.
Designed to be used as minis terrain or for the RPG, although note not all have Tiles

SkeletonKey Games who have been making *.pdf D&D based tiles has put out some Future tiles, e-Future Tiles, Star Freighter, Xenomorph Hive, e-Future Tiles: Star Hunter, e-Future Tiles: Star Patrol

UKG Publishing  Master Plan - Starships One, Master Plan - Starships Two and Master Plan, SciFi Base Tiles.  In their own words “collection of floorplans for miniature play.”  They have also put out a few Ships for more RPG use, SBLC-22 Swingback Light Cruiser and ORCC-15a Orion Class Light Carrier

Hero Quest Page Has a section of tiles for that game that could work well for the Skirmish, ranging from ice caves, lava caves to some Sci-Fi stuff
